Soccer

The soccer team played Chisipite and won 1-0. Well done ladies!

The hockey team played Gateway and the results are as follows:

U15B Convent won 3-0

2nd Team Convent won 1-0

VOLLEYBALL

On the 5th of July, the Volleyball team played Westridge High School. It was the best of five sets  and Convent won 3-2. Good game team!

Basketball

On Saturday the 8th of June, Ruvimbo Jasi was selected to play for the Zimbabwe U20 basketball team that will be touring South Africa in August 2019. Well done to our captain Ruvimbo!

Convent Performs in Allied Arts

Some of our students participated in the Allied Arts Speech and Drama Festival on the 2nd of July, 2019 at Prince Edward School. Their performances were outstanding and the results were as follows:

Solo Poetry:

Shumirai Gunzo and Bongiwe Mphamba – FIRST with 88%

Tadiwanashe Bhiza – HONOURS with 90%

Duo Poetry:

Nicole Mutyavaviri and Mickella Ndiraire FIRST with 86%

Sheunopa Sande and Rumbidzo Sande FIRST with 89%. They missed an Honours by only 1%.
