From 10 to 12 September, the school’s Model United Nations (MUN) Society participated in the SJCMUN Conference, hosted by St John’s College. The conference was held under the theme, “The Weight of Precedent: Reconciling Historical Injustices with the Imperatives of Sustainable Development. ”Throughout the conference, delegates engaged in thought-provoking discussions on pressing global issues, including historical atrocities, industrialisation and the use of child soldiers. Dominican Convent High School Harare’s tennis teams enjoyed an outstanding set of results against Lomagundi on Saturday, 3 October, recording convincing victories across all three age groups. The U14 team delivered an impressive 12–0 victory, while the U15 team secured a strong 9–2 win. The U16 team completed an excellent day on court with another dominant 12–0 victory.
