STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
Student Exchange Programmes give students an opportunity to immerse themselves in a new environment as they experience on a much more intimate level, the history and culture of another country. Exchange programmes help improve the language skills of students whilst creating lasting relationships.
In addition to the advantage of travelling, students will develop a different perspective of the world, allowing them to grow as leaders, broaden their knowledge and skills through international education, and most importantly, set the foundation for their university education.
The Dominican Convent High School has been an active participating school in the Rotary Youth Exchange as well as the Albrecht-Altdorfer-Gymnasium Exchange Programme. A few of our students have spent a year abroad in Germany and the USA. Opportunities are available for students to apply to be a part of these programmes, as well as for them to host both Rotary Youth Exchange and Albrecht-Altdorfer-Gymnasium Exchange students.
