What's happening at convent

Convent Science Sensation Memory Bvungo

Memory Bvungo participated in Regeneron ISEF (International Science and Engineering Fair) finals 2022 held in Atlanta Georgia from 7 May to 13 May 2022. Memory was among 1748 finalists who participated in this year’s edition. Her project, Typha Capensis ‘Reed’ Bio-fuel won a third place award in the category of Energy: Sustainable materials and design. We congratulate Memory for her effort, dedication and drive to achieve such a milestone on the international scene. She really made the Dominican Convent family proud. We also thank Mr Ndambakuwa for assisting Memory with her project and making her realise her full potential.
